I've heard it's bad for men to have sex night before big game because it tires then out what about females. Any one with experience?
Is it bad for women to have sex night before a volleyball game? Males get tired out. Will it have the same effect on women??

only if u have sex with a man. if u have sex with a girl then its good before a big volleyball game ;)
